The Point at "The Point At Nolin” was purchased and started in 2010 by William R. Florman upon news of the upcoming birth of his Daughter Averi-Gray who’s name is on the main road into the development. Mr. Flormans Grandfather W.G. Reynolds one of the founders of Reynolds Metals originally purchased the property in 1962. The Reynolds Family owns over 5,000 acres of surface property in the area and several prominent properties such as Moutardier State Park, Oakland Hills estates, and "iron Wood” formerly belonged to the family.
